This quarter our theme will be all about cultivating SELF NOURISHMENT. Crystal Sol Hayes, founder of HOM Collective, will be joining us to lead us in a breathwork circle.

Crystal is a Plant Medicine Practitioner, and will be guiding us through a breathwork, journeying and plant medicine class. She will share simplicity of practice as a way to invite in deeper self nourishment and integrate this practice to support you through the founder's journey.
